Learn How to Meditate
Practicing meditation helps us to reduce our stress, anxiety and anger; improves the harmony in our relationships; and brings us greater peace of mind and happiness in our daily life.
These weekly classes include guided meditations & teachings that are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.
No pre-registration required. Everyone welcome!

Meditation Class with Prayers for World Peace
Sundays, 10:30am-12pm, $10
Enjoy a guided meditation and inspirational talk, followed by traditional prayers for developing inner and outer peace.
Wednesdays, 7-7:45pm, $5
Relax your mind with a guided meditation and a brief talk on developing peace and positivity in daily life.
