Learning to use our own mind is the gateway to finding happiness and freedom from our problems. We normally assume that happiness is to be found outside ourself, and we usually point there for the sources of our suffering, but in reality all we experience—good, bad and neutral— comes from the mind. What is the mind? By using our mind we can find real happiness and experience the peaceful freedom that arises when we solve our problems from within.
Class 1: Meditations for a Clear Mind
Class 2: Controlling Our Desire
Class 3: The Power of Good Intentions
Class 4: Choosing Freedom
Class 5: Opening the Heart
