Meditations for Daily Life:

A Path to Inner Peace

footprints_beach1

The function of meditation is to make our mind peaceful and calm. We can learn to develop and maintain peace of mind throughout our day – while at home, at work, or relaxing. By changing our mind, view, and intention, we can use whatever circumstances we find ourself in for spiritual benefit.

Buddha taught a series of meditations, called Lamrim, which help us integrate all our daily activities into a path of inner peace. These meditations are easy to learn and offer great practical benefit for ourself and those around us.

With American Buddhist nun Kelsang Jangchen. Jangchen is an experienced meditation teacher with clear, practical advice for helping people improve their good hearts, in order to enjoy more peace and happiness in their daily lives and benefit others.

Everyone welcome. These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on love, compassion, and wisdom, and can be easily applied to all our daily lives, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist.
