Free Public Talk “Stop Worrying, Start Living!”
Friday, October 13th 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Location: Samudrabadra Kadampa Buddhist Center
6338 Presidential Court, Suite 105, Fort Myers, FL (map)
We spend so much of our time worrying that we never truly live. Does worrying help us to solve our problems, or does it just sink us deeper into them with no solutions?
And what do we worry about anyway? Things of much consequence, or the normal boring blah blah blah that’s usually on our mind? How can we put our attention on the things that really matter? In doing so, we will really start living.
This free public talk is open to everyone and is especially suitable for those who are just discovering their interest in meditation practice or who are just getting started. It will include some meditation and practical advice that we can apply to our busy lives. This Free Public Talk will be guided in a light and practical way by Kelsang Chopag, monk and meditation Teacher and will include some time for meditation and discussion.
