The Art of Positive Thinking

Is your glass half empty or half full? This depends on your own point of view. In these meditation classes, we will learn how to develop a more positive attitude at work, home, or wherever we are!  Through meditation and some helpful Buddhist advice, we will learn effective methods for changing a negative attitude into a positive one.  In this way, we can better cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life. This is the real art of positive thinking.

Everyone is welcome, Buddhist, and non-Buddhist alike. Each  class will include a guided meditation and a talk. No experience is needed.

Resident Teacher of Samudrabadra Kadampa Buddhist Center.

She has been studying, practicing, and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years
under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. Gen Namdrol’s heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth, clarity, and humor making them accessible to everyone.
