Anger comes in many forms, such as disappointment, annoyance, irritation, stress and frustration. Whenever our mind is overcome by anger in any form, our peace of mind is destroyed and we find it more difficult to cope with the challenges of our busy daily lives. In this half-day course, we will learn powerful meditation and mindfulness practices that can help to reduce and overcome feelings of anger. Eventually, through practicing these meditations we can find lasting freedom from painful minds such as anger.
