Weekly Meditation Classes
Evening meditation classes in local areas
Samudrabadra Center offers general meditation classes for beginners on Thursday evenings and Sunday Mornings. These consist of two guided meditations, a short talk, an opportunity for questions and answers, and light refreshments. Each talk is part of a series, yet is self-contained. This means that you can drop in at any juncture and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you.

Our aim, as at all Kadampa Buddhist Centers, is to provide tools and methods whereby people can find increased peace and happiness in their daily lives. Everyone is welcome!
Cost: $10 ($5 for students/limited income) per class. Center Sponsors pay $60 ($35 for students) each month, and can go to any class at the Florida Centers or branches for free.
We are currently holding meditation classes in the locations to the right.
Drop-in Classes in May
All Drop-in Classes in May are dedicated to the subject of Buddhist Refuge, a great preparation for the Refuge Ceremony
The mind of going for refuge characterizes the Buddist way of life and is the foundation for all spiritual realizations. By going for refuge we make a decision to put Buddhas' teachings into practice in our daily life, and rely upon the Sangha, our Spiritual Community.
